G20 Summit...The World Economic Forum @ Davos...OutSport Fall Scrum?
Okay, maybe not all of the same stature, but the 2011 OutSport Fall Scrum is shaping up to be an incredible opportunity for the LGBT-Sport community to gather for interesting seminars, networking opportunities, and a great keynote speaker.
There are number of very interesting and important issues within LGBT-Sport, and OutSport is working hard to put together an agenda that addresses these key topics;
- League executives will be sure to enjoy seminars on league-governance, best practices on accounting and financial control, and a fundraising "how-to".
- Athletes can look forward to seminars on sports nutrition and injury prevention.
- Everyone can look forward to an inspiring key note speaker!
And of course, this event will provide a great opportunity to have many members of the LGBT-sport community together in one place, able to network and build relationships.
There will certainly be more details to come as we get closer to the date - but for now, please reserve November 5th on your calendar for what is sure to be a terrific day.
